Common questions
I can't sign in
Sign-in happens on Ravelry's own page. Check that you can sign in at ravelry.com in Safari. If a permission screen was cancelled, try the feature again and approve it. If the problem continues, sign out of PlyCount from the Menu and sign in again.
A feature asks for a permission
Commenting and purchases each need an extra permission from Ravelry the first time. Turn a feature off in Settings and PlyCount removes its permission from your device. Ravelry does not provide a page for revoking an app's access on their side.
Something is missing compared with ravelry.com
PlyCount can only use what Ravelry makes available to apps. Some website features are not available that way, so the app opens the Ravelry page for them instead.
Something on Ravelry is wrong or needs reporting
Problems with an account, a pattern, a post or another member are handled by Ravelry. Use Ravelry's report links on the item, or Ravelry's contact page.
My data
PlyCount keeps no copy of your Ravelry data on any server. See the privacy policy. To delete your Ravelry data, do it on Ravelry. Deleting PlyCount removes everything it stored on your device.
